Your responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
    • You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to onboarding
    • You coordinate active sourcing, job postings and incoming applications
    • You conduct interviews with potential employees and evaluate them based on competencies together with the responsible Pelion management colleagues
    • To build a sustainable talent pipeline, you partner with universities and coordinate a networking event roadmap to address and attract talents
  • People Operations
    • You are the first point of contact for employees and managers in our Munich and New York office on all administrative and operational personnel processes  
    • You are responsible for designing and optimizing existing HR processes as well as developing new ones
    • You support in different administrative tasks such as payroll, attendance and absence management
    • You are in charge of organizing team events to increase team building
  • Learning and Development
    • You coordinate the performance reviews
    • You further develop measures for staff development and strengthening of the feedback culture
    • You take care of the development and coordination of innovative training programmes and learning opportunities
Your profile
  • You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Your bring a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in one of the HR domains, ideally in a generalist role
  • You are passionate about working with people and bring a genuine interest for people management and sustainability
  • You have an organizational talent as well as a pragmatic, creative, and goal-oriented way of working
  • You are eager to learn new topics and can work independently
  • You have excellent communication skills both in German and English, which makes you a valued contact person for all stakeholders and the team
