Structured Finance Associate (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
  • Manage portfolio valuation models, including leading the interaction with external parties for updates and audits
  • Be responsible for regular reporting to top Pelion shareholders and external parties
  • Identify and negotiate external financings, including term sheets and contracts, and help execute complex transactions, together with the Pelion leadership team
  • Develop, manage, and improve cash flow models and drive cash management processes and initiatives
  • Identify improvement potentials for investment management and challenge investment managers and Pelion leadership team based on data-driven insights
  • Closely collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment between the investment team and the finance & accounting team
Your profile
  • University degree with an outstanding academic track record, preferably in 
    Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences
  • 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or Lender / Adviser
  • Very strong analytical & quantitative skills
  • Outstanding proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in using advanced analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Very good proficiency in English, additional languages preferable
